“If this film gets a push because of our previous film (‘Rowdy Rathore’), then it would be a good thing for us and our producers, who are the same, UTV. If a pair has worked then it will definitely benefit in future as well,” two-film-old Sonakshi said here in an interview.
So far she has had two releases – “Dabangg” and “Rowdy Rathore” – and both have entered the Rs.100 crore club.
When asked if she considers himself a lucky charm, the 25-year-old said: “As far as the lucky charm tag is concerned, you have given me that tag and tomorrow it will be someone else.”
Her “Rowdy Rathore” and “Joker” co-star Akshay says there is no such thing as lucky or unlucky.
“When films work, then everyone becomes a lucky charm. If you (the reporter) also do a character role in our film and it works, then you will also become a lucky charm. Everyone is a lucky charm,” the 44-year-old said.
“It is an artificial thing, lucky or unlucky. Be it a boy or a girl, he is lucky. It’s just in your mind,” he added.
Sonakshi is currently shooting for “Dabangg 2″, “Lootera” and “Son of Sardar”. – IANS
