Filmmaker Siddharth Anand made the action drama Bang Bang in 2014. The movie, which starred Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif, was a runaway hit. Two years later, the director is set with the sequel of the film. However, the second offering of the series is tentatively titled Reloaded instead of Bang Bang 2. The movie will star Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles and has been making buzz right since it was officially announced. However, reports say that the movie has been facing trouble recently due to budget constraints.
Fresh Pairing Of Sid-Jacky In Bang Bang 2
Earlier, it was being said that the next shooting schedule of the film was supposed to be shot in Malaysia. Then we heard that because the team could not get shooting subsidies, the makers decided to shift the location from Malaysia to Thailand. But now reports surface that apparently the entire international schedule has been scrapped due to budget constraints.
According to sources, the team has planned to shoot in Worli Village, a popular spot in Mumbai. A reliable source said that the rehearsals will soon begin since high-octane car sequences between Sidharth Malhotra and Darshan Kumar are to be shot at the spot. Both of them play cadets mentored by Suniel Shetty.
The Makers Have Decided To Shoot In Mumbai
Apparently, after plans to shoot in Thailand didn’t work out due to budget problems, the team felt that perhaps Worli Village would the ideal substitute. A source close to the movie reported that the first schedule, which was shot in Miami for a month was all about the romantic sequences between Sidharth and Jacqueline. Currently, they will be focusing on the action. Only after that is over, will Fox Star Studios take a call about an international shoot. Reportedly, Thailand and Europe is still being considered. Individually both the actors have had recent releases – Sidharth in Baar Baar Dekho and Jacqueline in A Flying Jatt.
