Salman’ Sultan And Shah Rukh’s Fan Will Be Screened At The Festival

Fan, which was directed by Maneesh Sharma, had Shah Rukh Khan playing a double role. The movie, which was quite high on its VFX sequences and action, had the stellar performance of King Khan as the USP. Although the movie was received well by the audiences, it did not go up to do as much business as it was expected out of it.

On the other hand, Sultan, which was directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, starred Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. The movie went on to depict the life story of a Haryanvi wrestler and broke all prior box office records. Just like most of Salman Khan movies, this one too was released on the festive occasion of Eid.

The Busan International Film Festival Will Be Held During October

The Busan Film Festival will begin on October 2 and end on October 15. While Sultan will be screened in the Open Cinema section, Fan will be acclaimed in the section titled A Window On Asian Cinema. In fact, the screening of both these Yash Raj Films will be followed by their theatrical release in South Korea. An interesting fact about this festival that it will be bringing together two of the most celebrated actors of Indian cinema, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan.
