Jolly LLB 2 Banned In Pakistan

Ever after the ban of the Pakistani artists in India, it seems that the neighboring nation has called it a war on the Indian cinemas. The movie, Jolly LLB 2 is one of those movies that has received good reviews from the viewers to the critics. However, it seems that the Pakistani government has some major objections with this movie and would not be releasing the movie in their land.

Jolly LLB 2 Facing Problems In Pakistan

Ever since the ban on the Pakistani actors has been into effect in the nation, the neighbors have not been in a very good mood. The only movie that has released in the neighboring state without any fuss, was Hrithik Roshan starrer Kaabil. Raees too was banned from the neighboring state, claiming that the “content undermines Islam”. It now appears that the latest movie, Jolly LLB 2 is also banned in the state by the government.

According to sources, the movie, where Akshay Kumar plays a lawyer, who is fighting a case against the system of the nation, had a storyline according to which there were militants who had entered from Kashmir and had settled in Uttar Pradesh. This according to the source had not gone down well, with the neighboring government, leading to the banning of the movie in the state. The source also said that the movie is banned as the state is intending to ban all the movies which would bring forward the “Kashmir Issue”.

Whatever be the case, the Akshay Kumar starrer movie is not gonna release in the theaters across Pakistan. Also, this is not the first problem faced by the movie, whose first part was also a great hit among the fans. The movie had to remove as many as 4 scenes after being asked for the same, by the high court. The movie has released in the theaters this Friday and the response has been quite good for the movie.
